The Challenge
A Croatian resort group with properties in Split and Dubrovnik had opened bookings for a record season while a third of its staff roles sat vacant. It needed 55 English-speaking hotel workers on the ground before the May opening.
Our Approach
Filing began in January: stay-and-work permits for waiters, housekeepers and kitchen staff selected from our Gulf-hospitality pool, English levels assessed on video by the group's own F&B managers. All 55 arrived across April in two batches, in time for pre-season training.
