Privacy Policy & Cookies
How Taha Airwaves Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses and protects the personal data you share with us.
1. Who We Are
Taha Airwaves Pvt. Ltd. ("Taha Airwaves", "we", "us", "our") is an overseas manpower recruitment agency licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (licence B-3260/DEL/COM/100/5/11259/2025), with its head office at 71A, 3rd Floor, Taimoor Nagar, New Friends Colony, New Delhi 110025, India. We are the data controller for personal data collected through tahaairwaves.com and our regional sites (tahaairwaves.me, tahaairwaves.ru).
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver recruitment services:
- Enquiry & contact forms — your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, company name, country, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Job applications (Jobs & Careers pages) — your name, phone, email, current location, trade / role, years of experience, passport availability and any notes you add. Do not include sensitive data (religion, health, caste) unless it is genuinely required for a specific vacancy, e.g. a medical fitness certificate at a later stage.
- Cost & Timeline Calculator — the selections you make (country, trade, worker count). These are processed in your browser; we receive them only if you then submit an enquiry.
- Chat widget & WhatsApp — messages you send us, and your phone number when you contact us on WhatsApp.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, recorded automatically in our web-server logs for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookies — see Section 7.
3. Why We Use Your Data (Purposes & Legal Basis)
We process personal data on the following bases:
- To answer your enquiry and provide quotations — performance of a contract / steps taken at your request.
- To assess candidates and match them with employer vacancies — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and compliance with the Emigration Act, 1983 (India).
- To complete visa, emigration clearance, attestation and deployment formalities — legal obligation and performance of a contract.
- To send you a confirmation email after you submit a form — legitimate interest in acknowledging your request.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse (honeypot fields, rate limiting) — legitimate interest.
- To keep business records and comply with Indian tax, emigration and company law — legal obligation.
- Analytics or marketing cookies, if ever introduced — only with your consent via the cookie banner.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Sections 7 and 9). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed to deliver the service you asked for:
- Prospective employers (for candidates) or prospective candidates (for employers) — only once you are in an active recruitment process with us, and only the information relevant to that role.
- Government authorities — Protector of Emigrants / e-Migrate (India), embassies and consulates, immigration and labour ministries in destination countries, and attestation bodies — where required for permits, visas and clearances.
- Service providers acting on our instructions — email delivery (Google Workspace / Gmail SMTP and Resend as fallback), our hosting provider (Hostinger VPS), and the WhatsApp platform (Meta) when you choose to contact us there. Each provider processes data under its own contractual and security obligations.
- Professional advisers, insurers and authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
5. International Transfers
Because we place Indian workers with employers in the GCC, Russia and Europe, candidate data is necessarily transferred to the destination country as part of the recruitment process you have requested. Our email and hosting providers may also store data on servers outside India (including in the EU and the USA). Where EU/UK data-protection law applies, we rely on your explicit consent for transfers that are necessary for the contract you have asked us to perform, and on our providers' standard contractual safeguards.
6. How Long We Keep Data
- Enquiries that do not proceed — up to 24 months, so we can follow up and respond to related questions.
- Candidate applications — for the duration of the recruitment process and up to 3 years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete your profile earlier.
- Deployment and employer contract records — as required by the Emigration Act, 1983, tax and company law in India (typically 8 years).
- Web-server logs — rotated automatically; generally kept for no more than 90 days.
- Lead records kept for reliability (a copy of each form submission stored on our server so no enquiry is lost if email delivery fails) — same retention as the underlying enquiry or application.
7. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose "Accept All" or "Essential Only". Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your choice; they cannot be switched off. Non-essential cookies (analytics or marketing) run only if you choose "Accept All" — and at present we do not set any.
| Cookie / technology | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| taha_cookie_consent | Essential | Remembers whether you accepted all cookies or essential only, so we do not ask again. | 6 months |
| installPopupDismissed | Essential | Remembers that you closed the "Install app" banner. | Until cleared |
| Rate-limit / security | Essential | Short-lived, server-side counters keyed to your IP address to block spam and abuse of our forms. No cookie is set in your browser. | 10 minutes |
| Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) | Non-essential | Not currently active. If we add traffic analytics in future, it will only run after you click "Accept All". | — |
| Marketing / advertising | Non-essential | Not used. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on this website. | — |
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" button below or the link in the website footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works. Your choice is stored for 6 months, after which we will ask again.
Third-party services we link to (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, OpenStreetMap map tiles) may set their own cookies when you open them or when their content is loaded. Those cookies are governed by the third party's own policy.
8. How We Protect Your Data
All traffic to this website is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Form submissions are checked against spam and rate-limited; stored lead records sit on an access-controlled server with restricted SSH access. Emails are sent over authenticated, encrypted SMTP. Only staff who need to handle your enquiry or application can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have the following rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR:
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent (including cookies).
- Object / restrict — object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict it.
- Portability — receive the data you gave us in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Grievance redressal — nominate a representative and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 12); you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU/UK, your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email info@tahaairwaves.com from the address you used with us, or write to our head office. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Overseas employment applications require candidates to meet the minimum age set by Indian emigration rules and the destination country. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, technology or the law change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced on the website; continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
