These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by Taha Airwaves Pvt. Ltd. ("Taha Airwaves", "we", "us", "our"), including tahaairwaves.com and our regional sites, and any enquiry, engagement or communication you make with us through them. By using this website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. About Us — Company Information

Taha Airwaves Pvt. Ltd. is an overseas manpower recruitment agency licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India — Recruiting Agent licence, licence number B-3260/DEL/COM/100/5/11259/2025. Our registered head office is at 71A, 3rd Floor, Taimoor Nagar, New Friends Colony, New Delhi 110025, India.

We recruit, verify and deploy Indian workforce for overseas employers in accordance with the Emigration Act, 1983 (India) and the laws of each destination country in which we operate.

3. Official Communication Channels — Read This Carefully

Photographs, names and designations of our team members are displayed on this website for transparency, and some team members may interact with clients and candidates directly as part of their duties. However, no individual — including persons whose photographs appear on this website, or anyone claiming to be or to represent them — is authorised to transact on behalf of Taha Airwaves outside the official channels listed above.

Taha Airwaves accepts NO responsibility or liability for any payment made, commitment received, or dealing conducted through personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, personal social-media accounts, personal bank accounts or UPI IDs, or any channel other than the official channels listed above — even where the person involved appears on this website or claims association with us.

Never make any payment to an individual's personal account. All legitimate payments are made only to the company's official bank account, against a written invoice, with an official receipt issued. If anyone claiming to represent Taha Airwaves asks you to pay outside these channels, treat it as fraud and report it to us immediately at info@tahaairwaves.com or +91 93152 26961.

Impersonation of our company or team members is a criminal offence. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against impersonators, and cooperation with the affected parties, but our liability for the acts of impersonators or for dealings conducted outside official channels is expressly excluded.

4. Marketing Language & Comparative Claims

Phrases used on this website and in our marketing material such as "best manpower agency", "leading recruitment agency", "top agency", "#1", "fastest" and similar superlatives are marketing expressions (puffery) intended to communicate our confidence in our services. They are NOT claims based on any standardised, independent or verified comparison against other agencies, and no such ranking or certification is implied.

What we do state as fact is this: we are one of the licensed overseas recruitment agencies approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (licence B-3260/DEL/COM/100/5/11259/2025), with a track record of deployments across the GCC, Russia and Europe. Statistics displayed on this website (such as workers deployed, years of experience and client retention) reflect our internal business records.

5. Estimates, Calculators & Website Figures Are Not Final

All costs, timelines, salary ranges, deployment windows (for example "1–25 days for GCC" or "1–3 months for Europe and Russia") and any figures produced by our Cost & Timeline Calculator or stated anywhere on this website are indicative estimates only, based on typical past cases. They are provided to help you plan — they are not quotations, commitments or guarantees.

Actual costs, timelines and terms vary with the role, destination country, government processing times, quota availability, document readiness and other factors outside our control. The final and only binding terms of any engagement are those set out in the written contract / service agreement signed between you and Taha Airwaves Pvt. Ltd.. In any conflict between this website and a signed contract, the signed contract and its annexed documents prevail.

6. Services & Engagement

Our services — including workforce recruitment, trade testing, documentation, visa and emigration processing, and deployment coordination — are provided only under a written agreement. Website content, enquiry responses, WhatsApp conversations and email exchanges do not by themselves create a service obligation.

Deployment timelines depend on approvals issued by government authorities in India and in destination countries (such as work permits, visas, quotas and emigration clearance). These are sovereign processes: we manage and follow up on them diligently, but we cannot and do not guarantee their outcome or duration.

7. For Job Seekers & Candidates

Registering interest through this website does not guarantee a job offer, selection, visa issuance or deployment. Selection depends on employer requirements, your qualifications and verification, and government approvals.

Any charges to candidates are levied strictly in accordance with the norms prescribed by the Government of India under the Emigration Act, 1983 and its rules. We never ask candidates to pay unofficial fees, and payments are made only through official channels against receipts (see Section 3).

Candidates must provide true, accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Submitting forged or misleading documents will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to authorities.

8. For Employers & Clients

Employer engagements — including worker counts, trades, fees, replacement terms, timelines and payment schedules — are governed exclusively by the signed supply/service agreement for that engagement.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their demand documents, for lawful employment terms meeting destination-country requirements, and for obligations that rest with the employer under destination-country law (such as permits or quotas filed in the employer's name).

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logos, photographs and data — is the property of Taha Airwaves Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Country, visa and permit information published on this website (including blog articles and country pages) is general information based on publicly available sources at the time of writing. Immigration rules change frequently; this content is not legal advice and should be independently verified for your specific case.

10. Acceptable Use of This Website

Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes to engagement terms for existing clients are made only through their signed contracts.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any contrary provision in a signed contract, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of this website.
