Hire Indian Nurses for Germany
BSc and GNM registered nurses trained to B2 German and prepared for state recognition — cohorts of 10 to 50 for hospital groups and care providers, recruited inside the India–Germany nursing framework.
Germany’s Largest Shortage, India’s Deepest Pool
Nursing has the highest vacancy count of any German profession and the gap widens every year as the population ages. India graduates tens of thousands of degree-qualified nurses annually with English-medium training and a long tradition of overseas practice. The India–Germany nursing framework, agreed between the Federal Employment Agency and Indian authorities, sets the standards under which we recruit: no fees to nurses, transparent contracts, language training in India and coordinated recognition.
Taha Airwaves runs the full pipeline from New Delhi — selection against your ward requirements, B2 German with nursing vocabulary, the recognition dossier for your state, the fast-track visa and arrival support — under Indian MEA licence B-3260/DEL/COM/100/5/11259/2025.
Roles We Deploy
Why German Employers Recruit Nurses From India
- Degree-level clinical training with hospital rotations comparable in scope to the German curriculum
- English-medium education accelerates German acquisition — most cohorts reach B2 in 12–15 months
- Cohort recruitment: fill an entire ward’s vacancies from one selection round rather than one nurse at a time
- Retention is the highest of any corridor we run — nurses come for residence, family and career, not a two-year contract
- Recruitment inside the bilateral framework protects your reputation and passes ethical-recruitment audits
How a Nursing Cohort Is Built
We shortlist registered nurses by specialty and experience; your nursing directors interview by video and confirm the cohort.
Employer-funded intensive programme (12–15 months) with nursing vocabulary and Goethe/telc certification; you receive monthly progress reports.
We assemble the state health-authority file with sworn translations, obtain BA pre-approval and use the §81a accelerated procedure for the visa.
Nurses start as pay-graded assistants, complete the adaptation course or knowledge test on your wards, and receive the full licence — our Europe desk supports every step.
Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Registered nurses under public-sector agreements earn roughly €3,300–4,200 gross per month in 2026; during the recognition phase nurses work as assistants from about €2,800. Private providers must remain comparable.
Employer investment covers language training, recognition and fast-track fees, visa support and travel — typically €9,000–14,000 per nurse one-time, recovered against a transparent service commitment rather than deductions. Timeline: 18–24 months from selection to full recognition, with nurses productive on the ward from month 12–15.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Can Indian nurses start work before recognition is complete?
Yes. Under the recognition partnership they enter with a job and work as nursing assistants at a defined pay grade while completing the adaptation course or knowledge test in Germany.
Is B1 German enough for nurses?
Some states admit nurses at B1 under a recognition partnership with B2 required for the final licence; most employers prefer B2 before departure. We plan to your state’s rule.
Are nurses charged recruitment fees?
No. The India–Germany nursing framework and Indian law prohibit charging nurses; the employer bears the programme cost.
How many nurses can you supply?
Cohorts of 10 to 50 per selection round are typical; larger programmes are phased by language-cohort start dates.
