Hands for Europe’s Logistics Hub

From Hamburg’s container terminals to the automotive parts hubs of Bavaria and the fulfilment parks around Leipzig and the Ruhr, German logistics operators struggle to staff three-shift operations. Many of the largest sites already run on English-speaking team leads and process software, which makes them the easiest German workplaces for Indian workers to join productively in their first week.

Our warehouse crews are recruited on the experience-based visa route — candidates with a two-year logistics or vocational qualification and two years on the floor — with German forklift certification arranged immediately after arrival. Employers typically start with a batch of ten to twenty, then scale in the second quarter once the shift model is proven.

Employer FAQs

Is an Indian forklift licence valid in Germany?

Experience is valuable but a German operator licence (Staplerschein) is required — a one- to three-day course the employer arranges after arrival.

Do warehouse workers need German?

English is sufficient on many large sites; A1–A2 is expected within the first year and employers often provide courses.

What qualification do candidates need for the visa?

A two-year qualification recognised in India plus two years of relevant experience, under the experience-based route.
