Hire Indian Chefs & Hotel Staff for Germany
Specialty cooks for Indian restaurants, trained chefs for hotel kitchens and housekeeping and stewarding staff for hotel operations — with the right visa provision chosen for each role.
Two Profiles, Two Visa Provisions
German hospitality has the highest turnover of any sector and recruits systematically from abroad. India supplies two distinct profiles: specialty cooks for the country’s thousands of Indian restaurants, admitted under a dedicated provision without recognition; and IHM-trained chefs and Gulf-experienced hotel staff for international kitchens and hotel operations on the experience-based route.
We match each vacancy to the correct provision, maintain hospitality pools in A1–B1 German training, and structure accommodation and pay under the DEHOGA collective agreement for your state.
