A Kaunas-based fleet running EU-wide routes had trucks parked for lack of drivers. It needed 35 heavy-vehicle drivers with clean records and genuine long-haul experience — and had been burned before by unverifiable CVs.

Lithuania's shortage-occupation route waived the separate work permit. We verified licence classes and driving history in India before any CV reached the client, ran driving assessments on record, and coordinated Code 95 qualification scheduling with the fleet's transport manager after arrival.
