80 Warehouse Workers Deployed to a Central Poland Fulfilment Hub
The Challenge
A third-party logistics operator near Łódź won a multi-year contract requiring an additional three-shift crew of 80. Local recruitment had delivered a fraction of that over six months, and the contract carried service-level penalties from the go-live date.
Our Approach
We scoped the requirement under the post-June-2025 regime, confirmed the employer file carried no ZUS or tax arrears, and filed type-A applications through praca.gov.pl while selection ran in parallel in India. Forklift-experienced candidates were identified at screening so UDT courses could be booked for the first fortnight after arrival.
The Results
- 80 workers on site in staged batches across seven weeks
- 26 operators UDT-certified within two weeks of arrival
- Go-live met without service-level penalties
- Operator attrition under 5% across the first twelve months
