A leading Saudi construction group needed 120 trade-tested masons, steel fixers, carpenters and helpers for a large infrastructure package — with site mobilization dates already fixed and penalties for delay.
Our Approach
We ran parallel trade-test batches across two centres in India, compressed document collection into the first week, and processed MOFA approval, GAMCA medicals and visa stamping in staged groups so the first workers flew out while later batches were still in processing.
