The Work in Russia

Russian industrial plants in the Moscow region and regional centres produce building materials, packaged goods and engineering components. Facilities are indoors and heated, which matters given winter temperatures well below freezing outdoors. Work is shift-based with production targets, and Russian-language safety briefings are supported by our Moscow desk during onboarding.

Day-to-Day Duties

Operating production machinery on an assigned line
Monitoring output quality and adjusting settings within limits
Performing basic machine cleaning and operator maintenance
Recording production data and reporting stoppages
Working rotating shifts inside heated production halls

Prepared for cold-climate work
