About This Job

Order picking, packing and dispatch at e-commerce and distribution hubs.

The Work in Poland

Poland is the logistics hub of central Europe, and its distribution centres serve e-commerce across the EU. Work is target-driven: picking rates and accuracy are measured, and peak season from October to December brings substantial overtime. Sites are modern, heated and mechanised, with scanners and often voice-picking systems.

Day-to-Day Duties

Picking orders to scanner or voice-directed instructions
Packing, labelling and preparing parcels for dispatch
Replenishing pick faces from bulk racking
Meeting hourly pick-rate and accuracy targets
Working rotating shifts, with heavy overtime in Q4 peak

Eligibility & Requirements

No formal experience required; forklift licence an advantage
Willing to work shifts
Clean police record certificate
Age 20–45
