The Work in Poland

Polish construction covers housing developments, warehouse and logistics builds, and EU-funded infrastructure. Sites are multi-national, with instructions often given in a mix of Polish and English, and workers who pick up basic site Polish progress faster. You work under a type-A work permit tied to your employer, with the full winter worked using cold-weather methods.

Day-to-Day Duties

General construction work — concreting, blockwork, finishing
Assisting skilled trades and operating small plant after training
Working to European site-safety rules with mandatory PPE
Loading and distributing materials around the site
Winter working with heated enclosures on active pours

Eligibility & Requirements

1+ years of construction experience
Basic English or willingness to learn Polish
Clean police record certificate
Age 21–45
