The Work in Russia

Russian e-commerce and retail distribution centres around Moscow handle very high volumes, especially before New Year when consumer demand peaks. Roles cover picking, packing and loading, with scanner-directed work in heated facilities. Peak season brings extended hours and overtime paid at statutory rates.

Day-to-Day Duties

Picking and packing orders to scanner instructions
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles at the dock
Sorting and staging goods for dispatch routes
Stock counts and putaway into racking
Extended hours through the pre-New Year peak

No formal experience required
Physically fit for lifting work
Valid passport, clean record
Age 20–45
