Hire Indian Workers in Madinah
A city shaped by year-round visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque — dense hotel districts, expanding residential and transport infrastructure, and date farms on its outskirts.
Hospitality and Growth Around the Prophet’s Mosque
Madinah receives visitors throughout the year, with heavy peaks in Ramadan and around the Hajj season, and its central hotel district operates at high occupancy for much of the calendar. National plans to increase visitor numbers under Vision 2030 have brought new hotels, residential districts, roads and the high-speed rail link to Makkah and Jeddah, while the outskirts remain one of the Kingdom’s best-known date-growing areas.
For Madinah we recruit hotel teams, catering and cleaning staff for the visitor economy, construction and MEP crews for new buildings, FM teams for operating properties, and agricultural workers for date farms. The central area around the Prophet’s Mosque is restricted to Muslims, so roles based there are screened accordingly; other roles in the city are open to all candidates.

- Agricultural crews for date farms on the city’s outskirts

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Madinah pay follows national bands — hotel housekeeping roughly SAR 1,200–1,600, cleaning and farm work around SAR 1,000–1,400 and MEP technicians SAR 1,800–2,800 in 2026 — with overtime common in peak months. Employers provide staff housing, transport, insurance and tickets, and should plan for fuller staff accommodation during peaks.
Permanent staff mobilise in 1–25 days from a ready block; seasonal requirements should be ordered two to three months before Ramadan or the Hajj period.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
