Hire Indian Workers in Dammam, Khobar & the Eastern Province
The Kingdom’s energy heartland — oil-service companies, fabrication yards, King Abdulaziz Port and the Dammam–Khobar–Dhahran metro area, extending to Al-Ahsa and Ras Tanura.
Where the Energy Supply Chain Is Based
The Eastern Province hosts the headquarters of the national oil company and the dense supply chain around it: engineering contractors, inspection firms, fabrication yards in Dammam’s industrial cities, equipment rental fleets and maintenance specialists serving plants from Ras Tanura to Abqaiq. King Abdulaziz Port and the logistics zones around it handle much of the Kingdom’s Gulf-side trade, and the Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran metro area is a large market in its own right for construction, FM and hospitality.
Employers here usually need a mix: certified welders, fitters and E&I technicians for plant-related work; fabrication shop staff; MEP crews for commercial and residential projects; and warehouse, driving and FM staff for the metro area. Requirements set by plant owners — safety training, third-party certification, background checks — are often stricter than elsewhere, and we build them into selection.
Roles We Deploy
Why Eastern Province Employers Recruit From India
- Plant-owner requirements such as safety training and certification captured at scoping
- Candidates with Indian refinery and petrochemical backgrounds, a close match to local plants
- Fabrication and MEP crews recruited under one visa block when your business spans both
- Gulf-coast humidity built into heat-stress planning
- Dammam, Khobar and Jubail sit close enough for one worker pool to serve several sites where contracts allow

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Eastern Province pay for plant-related trades is among the strongest in the Kingdom: 6G welders around SAR 2,000–3,500, E&I technicians SAR 2,200–3,800 and pipe fitters SAR 1,800–2,800 in 2026, with general and FM roles close to national bands. Plant contracts often add site allowances; housing, transport, insurance and tickets are employer obligations.
Crews can reach Dammam within 25 days once the visa block and attestation are complete. Plant-owner approvals and extra certification can push back the start on site, so they belong in the programme from day one.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Can you meet plant-owner requirements for contractor manpower?
We capture each client’s requirements — certifications, safety training and documentation — at scoping and select against them, so workers are ready for site approval on arrival.
Do you supply non-oil roles in the Eastern Province?
Yes. Construction, MEP, warehouse, driving, FM and hospitality staff for the Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran area make up a large share of requirements.
Can one crew serve Dammam and Jubail sites?
Where your contracts and the workers’ profession codes allow it, a single pool can be deployed across nearby sites; we plan this at scoping.
How humid is summer work in the Eastern Province?
Gulf-coast humidity makes summer conditions harsher than dry heat, so heat-stress controls and rest planning are essential.
