Hire Indian Workers for NEOM & the Tabuk Region
Remote, camp-based work in Saudi Arabiaโs north-west โ mountains, desert and Red Sea coastline, long supply lines and some of the strictest worker-welfare standards in the country.
Building Far From the Cities
Tabuk province in the Kingdomโs north-west hosts several of the largest development programmes of the Vision 2030 era, including the NEOM region and coastal tourism destinations along the Red Sea. Work fronts are spread across desert, mountain and shoreline, often hours from the nearest city, and crews live in large camps for the duration of their contracts. Plans and phasing for these programmes have been revised over time, so contractors need recruitment that can scale up or slow down with the package they hold.
For this region we focus on complete, self-sufficient crews: structural and MEP trades, heavy equipment operators and mechanics, scaffolders, and the camp services staff who keep remote sites running. Programme owners here apply detailed worker-welfare standards covering recruitment fees, contracts, accommodation and wages, so our documentation is prepared with those audits in mind. The north-west also differs climatically: highland winters can be cold, while coastal summers are hot and humid.
Roles We Deploy
Why Remote-Site Contractors Recruit From India
- Recruitment records prepared for welfare audits: no-fee recruitment, attested contracts, transparent wages
- Complete crews including mechanics and camp staff, because remote sites cannot borrow labour from neighbours
- Candidates briefed on remote camp life, rotation and cold-weather conditions before they accept
- Phasing that can follow package changes rather than one fixed mobilisation date
- Supervisors experienced in large multinational camps

Medical, stamping and emigration clearance timed to camp bed availability.
Flights routed via Tabuk or another suitable airport, then transfer to camp and site induction.
Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Remote-site wages start from the same national bands โ MEP technicians SAR 1,800โ2,800, structural trades around SAR 1,500โ2,200 and equipment operators SAR 2,000โ3,000 in 2026 โ but contractors often add remote-location allowances to attract and keep good workers. Camp accommodation, meals, transport, insurance and tickets are provided by the employer.
The visa side can be ready within 1โ25 days, but camp bed availability, not paperwork, usually sets the pace on remote programmes.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Do you recruit for NEOM specifically?
We recruit for contractors and subcontractors working on projects in the Tabuk region, including the NEOM area, under the welfare requirements those programmes apply. We do not represent the programme owners.
What welfare standards apply on these projects?
Programme owners typically set standards covering recruitment fees, contracts, wages, accommodation and grievance channels. We prepare recruitment records that support your audits.
How do you prepare workers for remote camps?
Candidates are briefed on location, rotation, camp facilities and climate before accepting, which reduces early resignations.
What sets the mobilisation pace?
On remote sites, usually camp capacity. We phase arrivals to the beds you have confirmed.
