Hire Indian Workers in Moscow & Moscow Oblast
Russia’s largest construction, logistics and services market — Indian crews for the capital and the oblast around it, filed in the right region.
Two Regions, One Labour Market
Moscow and Moscow Oblast together form Russia’s biggest labour market: large housing renovation and residential programmes, metro and road construction, the densest ring of warehouse parks in the country along the outer ring roads, and food, packaging and building-materials plants across the oblast. Demand for workers across every trade is continuous.
The detail employers often miss is that the city of Moscow and Moscow Oblast are two separate subjects of the Russian Federation. Quotas, permissions and work permits are issued per region, so a worker permitted for a warehouse in the oblast cannot simply be moved to a site inside the city limits. We plan the manning by region from the first conversation.
Roles We Deploy
Why Moscow Employers Recruit From India
- Large, multi-trade demand means a single pipeline can serve construction, logistics and hospitality
- Visa-route workers are not exposed to measures aimed at patent holders in the capital region
- English-speaking foremen and coordinators fit international and large domestic employers
- Batches arrive by site and region, so city and oblast permits never get mixed up
- Direct flights from India make arrival and rotation straightforward

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Moscow pays the highest wages in Russia. Indicative bands: general workers roughly RUB 70,000–110,000 gross per month, skilled trades and specialist cooks RUB 100,000–160,000. Housing is the main cost driver, so most offers include shared accommodation in the oblast with transport to site.
In Moscow, too, arrival trails quota approval by one to three months. The capital region attracts heavy demand for quota places, so applying on time in the annual cycle matters more here than elsewhere.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Are Moscow and Moscow Oblast really separate for permits?
Yes. They are distinct subjects of the Federation, each with its own quota and permits. A worker’s permit names one region.
Do Moscow restrictions on migrants affect Indian workers?
Most restrictions target patent holders in specific roles. Indian workers on quota-based permits are on a different route, but you must still check any sector-specific limits.
Where do workers usually live?
In employer-arranged shared accommodation, often in the oblast where rents are lower, with transport to sites. The registration address must be where they actually live.
Has arrival through Moscow airports changed?
A digital pre-arrival profile for foreign nationals has been piloted at Moscow airports. We check the current requirement for every batch before travel.
