Facility cleaning contracts in Saudi Arabia cover hospitals, government buildings, malls and corporate offices, usually delivered by large facilities-management companies rather than the building owner. Hospital contracts require infection-control training on arrival and are stricter about procedure. Roles are shift-based and steady, with less seasonal fluctuation than hospitality.

Day-to-Day Duties

Cleaning assigned zones to a documented schedule and checklist
Operating scrubbers, buffers and industrial vacuums after training
Correct handling and dilution of chemicals per safety data sheets
Waste segregation — clinical waste procedures apply on hospital contracts
Signing off completed areas for supervisor inspection
