Croatian construction combines coastal tourism development with Zagreb residential and reconstruction work following recent earthquakes. Coastal projects are seasonal in rhythm, pushing to complete before the summer tourist season. Sites follow EU safety standards and work continues year-round with a milder winter than central Europe.

Day-to-Day Duties

Structural and finishing work on residential and hotel projects
Concreting, blockwork, plastering and tiling depending on the phase
Working to EU site-safety standards with full PPE
Assisting skilled trades during pre-season completion pushes
Material handling and site preparation

Eligibility & Requirements

1+ years of construction experience
Basic English communication
Valid passport, clean record
Age 21–45
