The Work in Croatia

Adriatic resort work in Split and Dubrovnik runs an intense season from roughly May to October, serving European guests. English is assessed on video by the property's own managers because you deal with guests directly all day. Many workers return to the same property year after year, and returning staff are prioritised and paid more.

Day-to-Day Duties

Guest-facing service in restaurants, bars or reception
Housekeeping and room turnover during high-occupancy weeks
Kitchen support and food preparation depending on placement
Handling guest requests in English throughout the shift
Working long summer-season hours with one rest day per week

Eligibility & Requirements

1+ years hospitality experience
Conversational English (assessed on video)
Valid passport, clean record
Age 21–40
