The Work in UAE

Light vehicle roles in the UAE cover last-mile delivery, company staff transport and courier work. Delivery driving is increasingly app-directed with route and drop targets, and incentive structures can add meaningfully to basic pay. You will need to convert to a UAE licence, which employers arrange, and confident navigation using a smartphone is expected.

Day-to-Day Duties

Collecting and delivering packages on assigned routes
Navigating with app-based routing and confirming drops digitally
Handling cash-on-delivery collections and reconciling at shift end
Daily vehicle checks and keeping the vehicle clean and roadworthy
Meeting delivery targets while following UAE traffic rules

Who hires for this role: Courier and last-mile delivery companies, corporate transport providers and retail chains.

Eligibility & Requirements

Valid Indian light licence, 2+ years driving
Basic English and smartphone navigation
GAMCA medical clearance
Age 22–40
