The Work in Serbia

Serbian masonry work runs on the Belgrade construction boom — waterfront residential towers, city-centre redevelopment and commercial buildings. European practice differs from Gulf sites: more block-and-render on insulated facades, tighter tolerances on finishing, and continuous work through a cold winter with temporary heating and enclosures rather than a summer shutdown.

Day-to-Day Duties

Laying block and brick to European tolerance on residential structures
Applying render and levelling coats over insulation boards
Building internal partitions and completing openings to drawing
Working from mobile scaffold towers with edge protection
Continuing work in winter under temporary enclosures and heating

Who hires for this role: Serbian construction firms and international contractors on Belgrade residential and infrastructure projects.

Eligibility & Requirements

2+ years of masonry experience
Willing to work in European winter conditions
Valid passport with 18+ months validity
Age 21–45
