Hire Indian Workers in Hamburg & Northern Germany
Port logistics, shipyards, food processing and the wind-energy supply chain — Indian crews for the north’s hardest roles to fill.
Where Germany Meets Its Supply Chain
Hamburg handles a large share of German container traffic, Bremerhaven moves vehicles and components, Lower Saxony runs the country’s densest food-processing cluster, and the wind-energy supply chain stretches across Schleswig-Holstein and the coast. Every one of these depends on physically demanding shift work that the northern labour market no longer supplies in sufficient numbers.
We recruit for northern employers across warehouse and port logistics, welding and metal fabrication for shipyards and wind components, food-processing crews, and care staff for providers across the four northern states. Industrial roles run on the experience-based route; care uses the recognition partnership.
Roles We Deploy
Why Northern Employers Recruit From India
- Shift and cold-chain work suits candidates with Gulf industrial backgrounds who expect demanding conditions and plan long stays
- Shipyard and wind-component welding maps directly onto Indian structural welding experience
- Food-processing employers get crews already trained in hygiene discipline, with HACCP familiarity
- Housing outside Hamburg city is affordable, making employer-arranged accommodation workable
- Port and logistics operators run English-language systems, shortening time to productivity

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Northern pay sits mid-table: logistics €13.90–16.50 per hour, welders and fabricators €2,900–3,700 gross per month, food-processing operators €2,500–3,100, care assistants €2,600–3,100 with shift supplements across all.
Expect three to four months to arrival for industrial roles, around twelve for care assistants including B1 German.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Can you supply crews for shipyard subcontractors?
Yes — structural welders, fitters and fabricators tested to your procedure. Shipyard work also requires height and confined-space safety training, which we flag at scoping so it is scheduled on arrival.
Do food-processing roles need German?
A1–A2 is typical for line work, funded after arrival. Hygiene instruction under the Infection Protection Act is delivered by the employer before the first shift, in a language the worker understands.
Is cold-chain work a problem for Indian candidates?
It is disclosed and tested for at selection. Candidates who accept cold-store roles are briefed on conditions and clothing before they sign — surprises on arrival are what cause early exits.
