Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Market wage bands in 2026: 6G welders SAR 2,000–3,500; pipe fitters SAR 1,800–2,800; riggers and scaffolders SAR 1,500–2,400; E&I and mechanical technicians SAR 2,200–3,800; supervisors higher. Employers provide accommodation, transport, food or allowance, insurance and tickets per Saudi Labour Law.
Standing-pool crews mobilise in days; new requirements in 1–25 days from a ready visa block. Shutdown contracts of three to six months and project contracts of one to two years are both supported.
