Hire Indian Warehouse & Logistics Workers for Saudi Arabia
Pickers, packers, forklift and reach-truck operators, inventory controllers and loaders for distribution centres in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam — recruited for multi-shift operations and seasonal peaks.
Distribution Centres Need Crews, Not Just Space
The Kingdom’s logistics push — new logistics zones, expanded ports at Jeddah and Dammam, dry ports and a fast-growing e-commerce market — has added large volumes of modern warehouse space around the main cities. Third-party logistics firms, retailers, FMCG distributors and online marketplaces now compete for the same pool of pickers, forklift drivers and inventory staff, and peaks such as Ramadan, Eid and the year-end sales season stretch every operation.
We supply warehouse crews from India’s growing logistics workforce, including candidates from large fulfilment centres who already use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems. Forklift and reach-truck operators are tested on the equipment you run, and cold-chain staff are screened for experience in chilled and frozen environments.

- Crews sized per shift so night and weekend coverage is planned from the start

- Batches timed to peak seasons so new staff are trained before volumes climb

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Warehouse associates in 2026 are generally paid close to general-labour rates of SAR 1,000–1,400, with forklift and reach-truck operators, inventory controllers and supervisors progressively higher. Shift allowances and attendance bonuses are common in 3PL operations; the employer provides accommodation, transport between housing and warehouse, medical insurance and tickets.
Crews typically land within 25 days once the visa block is ready. For Ramadan or year-end peaks, place the order at least two months ahead so training is complete before volumes rise.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Can forklift operators use Indian certificates in Saudi Arabia?
Employers usually require their own site authorisation and, depending on the operation, a local operator card or licence. We test operators in India and support whatever site certification you require after arrival.
Do you supply crews for cold-chain warehouses?
Yes. Cold-store associates are screened for experience in chilled and frozen operations and briefed on protective clothing and rotation.
Can you staff a new distribution centre opening?
Yes. Opening crews are phased so systems training happens in manageable groups before go-live.
How do you handle peak-season demand?
We recommend ordering ahead of Ramadan and year-end peaks so workers complete induction before volumes climb.
