Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Indicative 2026 bands follow the wider Saudi market: certified structural and pipe welders around SAR 2,000–3,500 depending on process and position, fitters and fabricators roughly SAR 1,800–2,800, helpers and grinders nearer general-labour levels. Every contract must clear the Embassy of India’s minimum referral wage, and the employer carries housing, transport, medical cover and air tickets.
From a ready visa block, tested welders usually mobilise within 1–25 days; adding SVP scheduling or radiography on every coupon can extend the Indian side by one to three weeks. Two-year contracts are standard for yard staff.
