Hire Indian Auto Mechanics & Technicians for Saudi Arabia
Mechanics, auto electricians, denters and painters for dealer service centres, fleet workshops and heavy-vehicle maintenance yards β assessed on diagnostics as well as spanners.
Workshops That Keep a Driving Nation Moving
Saudi Arabia is a car-dependent country with long distances, high summer temperatures and dusty conditions that are hard on engines, cooling systems and air conditioning. Dealer service centres, rental and leasing companies, logistics fleets and construction plant yards all run workshops, and most of them rely on expatriate technicians for the hands-on work.
We recruit in two streams: light vehicles for dealer and independent workshops, and heavy vehicles and plant for fleet and contractor yards. Candidates are assessed on scan-tool diagnostics, electrical fault-finding and the brands you service, and automotive trades go through the Skill Verification Program where listed. Customer-facing service-advisor roles may be subject to localisation, so we check that with you before recruiting.
Roles We Deploy
Why Workshops Recruit Technicians From India
- Indian technicians work on many of the Japanese, Korean and European platforms common on Saudi roads
- Diagnostic tests with scan tools, not only mechanical questions
- A separate heavy-vehicle stream for fleets and plant yards
- Body shop staff assessed on finish quality from sample panels
- Automotive SVP certificates arranged before the visa request where the trade is listed

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Workshop technicians in 2026 commonly earn in the region of the SAR 1,800β2,800 range quoted for Saudi technical trades, with auto electricians, diagnostic specialists and heavy-diesel mechanics at the upper end and tyre or quick-service staff lower. Incentive schemes based on billed hours are common in dealer workshops and should be written into the contract.
Technicians mobilise 1β25 days after the visa block and attestation are complete. Brand-certified candidates are scarcer, so dealer groups should allow extra sourcing time for them.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Can you recruit technicians for a specific vehicle brand?

Are automotive trades covered by SVP?
Several automotive professions are on the Skill Verification Program list, and we confirm the current status for each role at the start.
Can you supply service advisors?
Customer-facing roles may be affected by Saudization decisions, so we check the current rules for your activity before including them in a requirement.
