Hire Indian HVAC Technicians for Saudi Arabia
Duct installers, refrigeration mechanics, chiller and VRF technicians and BMS controls staff for installation and maintenance contracts in a climate where cooling failure is a business emergency.
Cooling Is Critical Infrastructure in the Kingdom
In Saudi summers, air conditioning is not a comfort item: hospitals, data rooms, malls, worker camps and homes depend on it running continuously through months of extreme heat. That puts HVAC installation and maintenance under unusual pressure. New towers and communities need duct and pipework crews during construction, and operating buildings need technicians who can diagnose a tripped chiller or a failed VRF outdoor unit at night in August.
We recruit HVAC staff in two streams. Installation crews are tested on duct fabrication, refrigerant piping, brazing and pressure testing. Service technicians are assessed on fault-finding across chillers, package units, split and VRF systems, and are asked to explain safe refrigerant handling. Both streams sit the Skill Verification Program where the profession is listed.
Roles We Deploy
Why Cooling Contractors Recruit From India
- Separate installation and service profiles, so maintenance contracts do not receive construction-only fitters
- Fault-finding interviews run by technical assessors rather than CV screening alone
- Refrigerant handling and brazing quality checked before selection
- Candidates with Gulf summer maintenance experience prioritised for FM and hospital contracts
- HVAC certification under the Skill Verification Program aligned with the visa profession
Specification to Cool Rooms
Installation or service, systems and brands in use, shift pattern; profession codes set accordingly.
Brazing, pressure testing and ducting tasks for installers; fault scenarios for service technicians.
Your engineers interview the shortlist; medical, stamping and emigration clearance follow.
Service technicians ideally land in spring so they are inducted on your sites before summer load.
Pay, Conditions & Timeline
HVAC technicians are generally paid within the SAR 1,800–2,800 band seen for Saudi MEP technicians in 2026, with chiller, controls and plant-operator roles often above it and duct helpers near general-labour rates. Housing, transport, medical insurance and tickets are employer obligations; overtime for summer call-outs should be written into the contract.
Crews mobilise within 1–25 days from a ready visa block, plus SVP time where needed. For maintenance contracts, ordering in the first quarter of the year avoids competing with the pre-summer rush.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Do you separate installers from maintenance technicians?
Yes. They are assessed differently — installers on fabrication and brazing, service staff on diagnosis — because the skills overlap less than CVs suggest.
Can you supply district cooling plant operators?
Yes, operators with central plant experience from India or the Gulf, assessed on chiller sequencing, logs and awareness of water treatment.
When should we hire for summer maintenance?
Early in the year. Technicians who arrive in spring can be inducted on your sites before demand peaks.
Is HVAC on the SVP list?
HVAC and refrigeration trades are among the professions covered, so we book the test in India ahead of the visa step.
