Hire Indian Workers in Gdańsk & the Tricity
Baltic container volumes, shipyard order books and a growing construction pipeline — Indian crews for port logistics, yards and Pomeranian sites.
Port Growth Meets a Regional Labour Ceiling
The Tricity — Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot — anchors Poland’s Baltic trade. Container throughput has grown substantially, the shipyard cluster retains significant fabrication capacity, and offshore wind investment has added a new industrial demand stream. Pomorskie’s labour market cannot supply all three simultaneously.
We recruit port and warehouse logistics crews, shipyard welders and fitters, and construction trades for Tricity employers. Yard work carries height and confined-space requirements that we flag at scoping so the training is scheduled rather than discovered.
Roles We Deploy
Why Tricity Employers Recruit From India
- Shipyard and heavy-structure welding maps directly onto Indian industrial and Gulf fabrication experience
- Port logistics operations run English-language systems common to international terminal operators
- Offshore wind fabrication needs certified welders at volume — exactly what coupon testing in India delivers
- Height and confined-space requirements planned into onboarding rather than discovered on the first shift
- Regional housing costs allow employer-arranged accommodation close to the yards and terminals

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Tricity pay runs roughly PLN 5,500–7,500 gross per month for certified welders, PLN 4,700–6,200 for port and warehouse logistics, PLN 5,000–6,800 for construction trades, with yard contracts often paying above the regional average.
One to three months from a clean employer file to site; welding re-certification and safety training add days, not weeks, after arrival.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Can you supply welders for offshore wind fabrication?
Yes — coupon-tested to the procedures your client specifies, with the certification and traceability documentation those contracts require.
What training do yard crews need on arrival?
Height and confined-space instruction, site-specific safety induction and welding re-certification. We schedule all three into the first week so production is not delayed.
Is accommodation available near the terminals?
Employer-arranged shared accommodation in the Tricity runs roughly PLN 800–1,200 per person. We ask clients to confirm housing before visas are filed.
