Hire Indian Workers in Lublin & Eastern Poland
Orchards, fruit processors, aviation suppliers and a growing construction pipeline. We bring Indian crews to Lubelskie and Podkarpackie, where the cross-border labour supply has thinned out.
The Region That Relied Most on Eastern Labour
Lubelskie and Podkarpackie sit on Poland’s eastern border. For years their employers could recruit from just across it more easily than almost anyone else in the country. The Lublin region is one of Poland’s main orchard and soft-fruit areas, with packhouses, juice plants and frozen-food processors around it. Rzeszów and the Podkarpacie aviation cluster add precision manufacturing, and both cities have ongoing construction.
That eastern labour supply is less dependable than it used to be, and young people from the region keep moving west to Warsaw and abroad. We recruit Indian crews for both sides of the economy: seasonal and year-round agri-food work, production and machining roles for manufacturers, and trades for construction contractors. Harvest work goes through the starosta on the seasonal permit, and everything else is filed as type A with the Lubelskie or Podkarpackie voivodeship office.
Roles We Deploy
Why Eastern Polish Employers Recruit From India
- Growers and food plants get a source of workers that does not depend on conditions across the eastern border
- One intake can cover seasonal harvest crews and year-round packhouse staff, each on the right permit
- Machinists for aviation and automotive supply are tested on your parts in India before they are shortlisted
- Lower living costs than in western Poland make employer-provided housing workable at scale
- Supervisors who speak Hindi and Punjabi keep large field and packhouse crews coordinated
From Crop Plan or Production Plan to Arrival
Harvest-bound roles go on the seasonal permit and year-round roles on type A, with dates counted back from the crop or production plan.
Seasonal applications go to the starosta, type-A applications to the Lubelskie or Podkarpackie voivodeship office.
Fitness screening for field crews, practical tests for machining and trades, and video interviews with your managers.
The appropriate visa for each route, emigration clearance and arrival in batches, followed by housing, safety and hygiene induction.
Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Pay in eastern Poland is below the western and central regions. Indicative 2026 bands: packhouse and food-processing operatives around PLN 4,900–5,600 gross per month, CNC and production operators PLN 5,000–6,800, construction trades PLN 5,000–6,500. Seasonal field work is usually paid hourly at or above the statutory minimum rate, often with piece-rates during harvest.
Employer-arranged housing typically costs around PLN 600–1,000 per person per month. Harvest intakes should be filed three to four months ahead, and year-round roles take one to three months once a complete permit file is in.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Can one intake mix seasonal and year-round workers?
Yes, but each group goes on its own permit: seasonal permits through the starosta and type-A permits through the voivodeship office. We draw up the manning plan that way from the start.
Do you cover Podkarpackie as well as Lubelskie?
Yes. Rzeszów-area manufacturers and contractors are filed with the Podkarpackie voivodeship office, and Lublin-area sites with Lubelskie.
Is accommodation in rural orchard areas a problem?
It often decides whether an intake works. On-farm or nearby shared housing needs confirming before visas are filed, and any deduction for it must be agreed in writing.
