Hire Indian Workers in Poznań & Wielkopolska
Western Poland’s logistics, vehicle manufacturing and agri-food belt — Indian crews for distribution centres, assembly plants and processing lines.
Distribution, Vehicles and Food, All Understaffed
Wielkopolska combines three labour-hungry sectors: the distribution centres that serve western Europe, vehicle and component manufacturing around Poznań, and one of Poland’s largest agri-food processing clusters. Each runs shifts, each competes for the same workers, and the region’s unemployment rate leaves little slack.
We supply Poznań-area employers with warehouse crews, production operators and food-processing staff. Food plants in particular benefit from candidates screened for cold-chain and line-speed conditions before they accept, which is where most seasonal recruitment fails.
Roles We Deploy
Why Wielkopolska Employers Recruit From India
- Three shift-based sectors in one region means a single pipeline can serve several sites
- Food-processing candidates screened for cold-chain and line-speed conditions before acceptance
- Vehicle and component assembly matches Indian automotive manufacturing experience
- Distribution operators run English-language systems common to the big western-corridor sites
- Housing is affordable, so employer-arranged accommodation is realistic even for large crews

Employer FAQs
Can one intake serve several of our sites?
Yes — the manning plan allocates workers by site and shift before permits are filed, and batches arrive sized to what each site can induct properly.
How far ahead should we plan seasonal food-processing intakes?
At least a quarter. The type-A permit alone takes four to eight weeks, so an October peak needs filing in June or July.
Do you supply forklift operators with UDT already?
No — UDT is a Polish certificate issued in Poland. We supply experienced operators and book the UDT course in the first weeks after arrival.
