Hire Indian Workers in Szczecin & West Pomerania
A port complex, ship repair and offshore fabrication, plus a logistics belt facing Berlin. We supply Indian crews for the north-western corner of Poland.
A Border Economy With Port Traffic to Match
Zachodniopomorskie runs along the Baltic coast and the German border. The Szczecin–Świnoujście port complex handles bulk, container and energy cargo. Ship repair and steel fabrication still work along the Oder, and offshore wind on the Baltic has brought new fabrication and logistics work to the region. Distribution centres along the motorway towards Berlin serve customers on both sides of the border.
Being this close to Germany is good for business and hard on recruitment. Local workers can commute to higher German wages, so West Pomeranian employers lose staff to the west as well as to other Polish regions. We recruit Indian crews into the roles that empty fastest: port and warehouse logistics, ship-repair trades, food processing and construction. Each type-A application is filed with the Zachodniopomorskie voivodeship office through praca.gov.pl.
Roles We Deploy
Why West Pomeranian Employers Recruit From India
- Local staff drift to German payrolls across the border, so the region needs a source of workers beyond its own labour market
- Ship-repair and fabrication skills from Indian and Gulf yards fit the work done along the Oder
- Port and logistics operators use English-language systems that our crews already know
- Coastal food processors get candidates who have been briefed on cold, wet conditions before they accept
- Housing costs outside central Szczecin keep employer-arranged accommodation affordable

Employer FAQs
Can workers on a Polish permit take jobs across the border in Germany?
No. A Polish type-A permit authorises work for the named Polish employer in Poland. Working for a German employer would need German authorisation, so crews recruited this way stay with you for the contract.
Do you supply ship-repair crews as well as new-build trades?
Yes. Repair work suits fitters and welders with a broad mix of skills. We test them on steel renewal and pipework tasks and not only on a single welding procedure.
Which voivodeship office handles the filing?
The Zachodniopomorskie voivodeship office, for workplaces in the region. Sites in neighbouring Pomorskie or Lubuskie are filed with their own offices, and we split the manning plan to match.
