Hire Indian Workers in Kraków & Małopolska
Tourism volumes, a large business-services sector and a steady construction pipeline — Indian hospitality teams, trades and facility crews for southern Poland.
A Visitor Economy That Cannot Staff Itself
Kraków receives visitor numbers that would strain a much larger city, and its hotels, restaurants and attractions recruit continuously. Alongside tourism sits one of Europe’s larger business-services clusters, whose office towers generate facility and cleaning contracts, and a construction sector working through a long residential and commercial pipeline.
For Kraków employers we supply hospitality teams — kitchens, housekeeping and service — plus construction trades and facility crews. Hospitality intakes are timed to the season calendar rather than filed reactively, because a type-A permit cannot be compressed into the weeks before a summer peak.
Roles We Deploy
Why Kraków Employers Recruit From India
- Gulf five-star and IHM-trained hospitality staff meet international hotel standards from day one
- English-language operations across hotels and business-services sites speed up integration
- Season planning becomes possible: crews contracted a quarter ahead instead of scrambled in May
- Facility contracts in office towers get stable crews, protecting the KPIs those contracts are judged on
- Housing costs below Warsaw make employer-supported accommodation workable

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Kraków pay runs roughly PLN 4,400–5,800 gross per month for housekeeping and kitchen helpers, PLN 5,000–6,800 for chefs de partie and skilled trades, PLN 4,400–5,400 for cleaning roles, with service charge where properties operate it.
Shared accommodation runs roughly PLN 800–1,200 per person. One to three months from filing to arrival — so summer intakes are filed in late winter.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
When should we file for a summer season intake?
By February or March at the latest. Four to eight weeks for the permit plus two to four for the visa means a May start needs a filing by early spring.
Do kitchen staff need Polish?
Not in international hotel kitchens, which run on English. Guest-facing service benefits from basic Polish, usually funded by the employer after arrival.
Can you supply both hotel and facility crews?
Yes, and hotel groups often take both in one intake — housekeeping and kitchen for the property, cleaning and maintenance for the building services.
