Hire Indian Cleaning & Facility Staff
Polish FM contractors win multi-year contracts and then struggle to crew them — Indian cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance teams mobilised against contract start dates.
Contracts Won, Crews Missing
Poland’s commercial property stock — offices in Warsaw and the regional cities, shopping centres, hospitals, logistics parks and airports — all runs on facility-management contracts, and those contracts are increasingly hard to staff. Cleaning work pays close to the statutory minimum, competes with warehouse roles that pay more, and loses the comparison locally.
We recruit FM crews from India’s large commercial-cleaning and hospital-housekeeping pool, much of it with Gulf FM contract experience across exactly this mix of sites. Crews deploy in staged batches by site and shift, with maintenance technicians recruited alongside where the contract includes plant work.
Roles We Deploy
Why Polish FM Contractors Recruit From India
- Gulf FM experience on multi-site contracts with rosters, audits and KPIs built in
- Crews of twenty to a hundred mobilised against contract start dates rather than recruited piecemeal
- Hospital housekeeping candidates arrive with infection-control discipline already learned
- Supervisors recruited with the crew, so site quality does not rest on your existing managers
- Stable crews protect contract KPIs, which is where FM margins are actually won or lost

Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Cleaning and facility pay in 2026 runs roughly PLN 4,300–5,200 gross per month for cleaners and housekeeping, PLN 5,000–6,500 for maintenance technicians, with night and weekend supplements. Accommodation support materially improves fill rates in this sector.
One to three months from manning plan to first shift; large mobilisations phased over four to eight weeks.
Figures are indicative market ranges and not a quotation; the signed service agreement governs. See our Terms & Conditions.
Employer FAQs
Can you mobilise a large FM crew for a new contract?
Yes — twenty to a hundred phased over four to eight weeks against site start dates, provided permits are filed when the contract is awarded rather than when it starts.
Do cleaners need Polish?
Basic Polish helps with instructions and chemical safety labels. Supervisors should have English plus some Polish. Employers commonly fund short courses after arrival.
Can you supply maintenance technicians too?
Yes — HVAC, electrical and plumbing support staff working under your qualified supervision, recruited in the same intake as the cleaning crew.
