Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Hospitality pay in 2026 runs roughly PLN 4,300–5,500 gross per month for kitchen helpers and housekeeping, PLN 5,000–6,800 for commis and chefs de partie, with service charge or tips where the property operates them. Staff accommodation is common and often decisive in recruitment.
One to three months from manning plan to arrival; opening teams are phased over several weeks.
