Pay, Conditions & Timeline
Certified welders in Poland earn roughly PLN 5,500–7,500 gross per month in 2026, with 6G and specialist procedures at the top of the range and shipyard contracts often higher again. Fabricators and fitters sit around PLN 4,800–6,500.
One to three months from specification to the shop floor; re-certification adds a few days after arrival.

Employer FAQs
Will Indian welding certificates be accepted in Poland?
They demonstrate competence but Polish employers re-certify to EN ISO 9606 locally. For a welder who passed our coupon test to your WPS, that is a short formality in the first weeks.
Can you supply for shipyard subcontracts?
Yes — hull welders and fitters with marine experience. Yard work also requires height and confined-space training, which we flag at scoping so it is scheduled on arrival.
How many welders can you deploy at once?
Batches of ten to forty are routine. Larger programmes are phased by testing and visa-appointment capacity rather than by candidate availability.
